This machine is suitable for all chairs with Tilt Mechanism on the chair chassis to evaluate the durability of the Tilt Mechanism on the office chair chassis under load.


Product features

1. Electrically adjust cylinder output Angle; 2. Sample clamping without tool coordination;
3. Humanized operation control, complete the test with one key; 4. Digital voltmeter, voltage monitoring, power off memory counter to avoid losing all previous efforts;


Test program

The chair is fixed, the chair face is loaded with 225 lb weights,  and an external force is applied to make the Tilt Mechanism perform 300,000 reciprocations between the front and rear stops at a speed of 10-30CPM.
