Product Description:
The multi-point lock fatigue testing machine is a high-precision detection device specifically designed to test the fatigue performance, durability and reliability of door and window hardware components (such as multi-point lockers, locks, transmission mechanisms, etc.) under repeated opening and closing conditions. This device assesses the service life, structural strength and functional stability of the locker by simulating high-frequency mechanical movements in actual use, providing data support for product quality improvement and industry standard certification.

Repeated opening and closing
After repeated opening and closing for 25,000 times, the operation is normal and does not affect the normal use. And should meet:
A) The operating torque of gear driven multi-point lock shall not be greater than 1 N·m; the sliding power of connecting rod driven multi-point lock shall not be greater than 15 N;
B) The wear amount of the lock point and lock seat shall not be more than 1 mm.
Repeated opening and closing
Install the multi-point lock device on the test simulation doors and Windows of appropriate size according to the actual use state, apply 10N force in the direction parallel to and perpendicular to the door and window fan, the test frequency 250 times / h~275 times / h, every 5 000 test cycle, check and lubricate according to the requirements of the product manual.
