System composition

1. Design the experimental plan flow based on the relevant inspection items and process requirements of the standards. The PLC and its signal module perform sequential actions such as signal acquisition, processing, and display. Design a good human-machine interface, including parameter setting and convenient operation functions.

2. Control system: It is composed of a touch screen +PLC waterway system and actuator, etc. It adopts touch screen +PLC communication and sets water pressure for the PLC. It is mainly composed of a touch screen (including software), control system, sensor system, variable frequency speed regulation system and corresponding electrical appliances to control water pressure and flow rate, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, friendly interface and operability of the system. Data display, parameter setting, start and stop, etc. can be realized on the touch screen. By adopting variable frequency speed regulation technology, the suitable working condition range of multi-stage centrifugal pumps has been greatly expanded, enabling the equipment to achieve automatic adjustment of various working conditions with just one set of water pressurization device.

3. Constant pressure variable frequency water supply system: Mainly composed of water tank, stainless steel centrifugal pump, frequency converter, pipe fittings and joints, etc., to provide the water pressure value required for testing. The closed-loop control system composed of PLC, water pump and pressure sensor ensures that the temperature can be maintained within the required range of the test, and guarantees that the entire test process is carried out in the temperature and pressure environment as stipulated by the standard.

4. The adoption of a voltage stabilizing system enables the control accuracy of test parameters to reach level 1.

5. The main flow-through components and water storage tanks, etc. are all made of stainless steel and other materials to ensure long-term trouble-free operation of the equipment and greatly increase the service life of the test bench.

6. The waterway is mainly composed of water pumps, flow meters, pressure sensors, pipes and valves, etc. The diameter variation of its main pipeline meets the requirements of the standard. Among them, the water pump adopts a stainless steel multistage pump, along with a frequency converter, etc., to meet the requirements of standard working conditions.

7. Flow data display system: Mainly composed of flowmeters, amplifiers, conversion modules, etc., the flowmeter will detect in real time

The output water flow rate is transmitted in real time to the PLC signal module for conversion to obtain the flow rate, which is used for the intelligent control of the constant pressure variable frequency system. The flow rate value can also be collected and finally displayed on the interface.

8. Main frame: Composed of the equipment test bench area and the water supply source area, it includes the main frame, water tank, side panels, water pump, valves, etc. The entire system provides stable and reliable hardware for the test project, guarantees the water supply pressure, ensures the normal conduct of the test, and guarantees that the test environment fully complies with the standard requirements.

9. Waterway system: Composed of water pumps, water tanks, pipelines, valves, pressure sensors, etc., the entire pipeline system can provide water pressure as required by different tests, and the pressure values are stable.

10. External framework: The spatial structure and platform for the installation, connection and placement of all material components and test samples.
